There are 6 sessions total that are included in the first 3 months. We will discuss the importance of self-care when you are a small business owner, come up with some strategies how how to make more space for JOY in your life and business, and I will be your accountabilibuddy while holding you accountable to your dreams.

We will design a personalized roadmap for you to follow.
6 x 1:1 recorded phone calls every other week for 3 months to keep you on track and moving towards making your soul shine.
I will provide you with a safe, judgment-free-zone for you to speak your truth.
We will make your self-care a priority.
You will receive a little bit of homework to keep you on track, focused and motivated between sessions.
Email/walkie-talkie support between our calls. Feel free to send me questions, ideas, or anything else you need support with during our time together. I will be here to walk you through your journey.
And, of course, a few surprises – Throughout the program, I will send you customized recommendations to books or other tools that will help keep you inspired and working towards your dreams.
